- Establish leading distribution channels in Asia, Middle East, and Europe
GlobalMed partners with the world's leading device distributors throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. Additionally, GlobalMed supports those distributors with direct area managers in each region. Products are placed with only those distributors best suited to maximize sales in each country, with never a conflict with competing products or applications.
- Manage all phases of the international sales and marketing function
GlobalMed manages distributors on an ongoing basis, providing manufacturing partners with monthly and quarterly forecasts, prospect lists, sales activities, etc. Since GlobalMed is a stocking “Master Distributor”, we are incentivized to move product and manage the sales and marketing functions as closely and aggressively as any direct manufacturer. GlobalMed also creates and provides many sales and marketing tools to its distributors such as comprehensive sales binders, DVD’s and CD’s, distributor website, local language brochures and sales aids, monthly newsletters, and much, much more.
- Represent products at overseas tradeshows and medical meetings

GlobalMed continues to be a high-profile annual exhibitor at the most popular medical and aesthetic tradeshows throughout Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. We are also active in the smaller regional meetings where the focus may be only one or two countries or a particular medical society.
- Conduct product workshops, seminars, and trainings

GlobalMed conducts in-country workshops, seminars, and product trainings on a regular basis throughout its territories. We sponsor travel and honorariums for US and international clinical luminaries to be featured at such events – often in combination with a podium presentation at various medical congress meetings.
- Acquire and manage international regulatory and import approvals

GlobalMed is well-versed in the intricacies and processes of regulatory and import approvals in each country in which it operates. We work with manufacturing partners to compile and organize all required documentation to insure a successful result. GlobalMed submits all documentation packages to the appropriate agencies in each country and manages the entire process from beginning to end.
- Provide ongoing sales and technical training to overseas distributors

Keeping distributors fully trained is one of GlobalMed’s highest priorities. Periodic distributor sales meetings are held in each region to bring sales personnel up to date on product features, enhancements, upgrades, etc. Messaging, product positioning, competitor information, hands-on training, and other key subjects are covered. GlobalMed also coordinates and manages technical training for service technicians in the field.
- Establish leading international clinical luminaries and opinion leaders

GlobalMed has been operating in its territories since 1996. Over the years we have built strong and beneficial relationships with leading clinical luminaries and institutions in each country. In-country opinion leaders are critical to the success of any new device and, in many instances, studies or papers utilizing local populations are critical in establishing market traction. Whether it’s Japan, Australia, Kuwait, or Germany, GlobalMed has the relationships to establish clinical acceptance smoothly and successfully.
- Maintain quarterly sales quotas

GlobalMed’s relationships with its manufacturing partners are not only built on trust, but also on pre-determined sales goals and contractual quotas. GlobalMed is a stocking “Master Distributor” who is incentivized on sales – nothing more. Manufacturing partners benefit by shipping minimum quarterly volumes, thereby driving other areas of their businesses. Manufacturing partners also benefit by doing business with a US company, in US currency (no exotic payment methods or currencies to worry about), in common time zones, and in accordance with US laws – minimizing risk and maximizing results.
